Why am I unable to create a .ZIP file?

You are using an older version of eZip Wizard. In V2.20 of eZip Wizard, you would not be able to create a .ZIP file if you used the 'eZip Note' feature. After eZip attempted to compress the file, you would see the following message on the Finish screen:

This problem has been fixed. Download the latest version (v3.0).
Install the new version in your current eZip directory (install over current version). You do not have to uninstall your current version before installing the new version.
