Why do I get an "Index does not exist" message?

Some users have received this error after installing ePassword Keeper. Generally, this message appears if the program did not fully install. You will need to uninstall ePK, restart your computer and then download the program again frrom our our ftp site.

To uninstall ePassword Keeper...

  1. Go to your Start button and select Settings.
  2. Then select Control Panel.
  3. Select Add/Remove Programs
  4. Highlight ePassword Keeper.
  5. Press Add/Remove Button.
  6. Restart your computer.

After you have downloaded and installed the program, you will be able to successfully use ePK.
