Why does nothing happen when I double click on a password entry?

When you double click on a password entry, ePK automatically launches the browser to the web site that the password entry is associated to. If your browser does not open, here are some things to check:

1. The password entry does not have a url address.
To confirm this, right mouse click on the password entry and select Properties.

2. You do not have Internet Explorer or Netscape installed on your computer.
Currently, ePK only works with these browsers. If you have a browser that you would
like ePK to work with, please email your suggestion to techsupport@edisys.com.
