Why do I get an Exception error when I try to run eFTP?
Some customers have reported the following error when trying to launch eFTP: "Exception EExternalException in module eFTP.exe at 00023A30. External exception 0000006." It is most likely caused by a corrupted installation file. If you get this error, download eFTP again and reinstall over the first copy. | |||||||||
