How do I e-mail eZip files?

After creating a .ZIP file, you may have the option to e-mail the file. You must be running either a MAPI-compliant or any SMTP-based e-mail system.

To configure e-mail, follow these steps:

1. From eZip Wizard click the About button and then the Options button.
2. Click the tab labeled "Mail."
3. Select the correct mail system option
   • No mail system installed - Select this choice when you have no mail system installed on your computer.
   • MAPI mail - Select this choice when you are using a Microsoft-based mail system such as Microsoft Exchange.
   • Internet mail - Select this choice when using any SMTP-based mail system such as Netscape or Microsoft's Internet Mail
4. If you select Internet Mail, then complete the Reply Address and Mail Server fields:
   • Reply Address - You must also provide a standard reply address that will be used on any mail sent from within eZip Wizard, such as myname@server.com
   • Internet Mail Server - You must provide the name of your Internet mail server, such as mail.server.com
5. Click Apply to save your e-mail settings.

To send a .ZIP file using e-mail, follow these steps:

1. When you reached the Finished panel after creating a .ZIP file, select "e-mail the ZIP file", then click next.
2. Complete the e-mail message with addressing information and a message.
3. Now click Send to mail your message with your new .ZIP file attached!
