Why does the Download Queue get jumbled sometimes?
eFTP cannot handle updates to the Download Queue once downloads have begun. For example, you could be logged into an FTP site and viewing a directory with several files. If the Download Queue is started (default) and you add one of the files to the Queue, downloading will begin immediately. If you then add another file to the Queue while the first is downloading, eFTP gets confused. The results will be unpredicatable. If you wish to download multiple files at once, first stop the Download Queue. Next add all of the files to the Queue (files can be from the same FTP site or several FTP sites). Once you have added all of the files to the Queue, start the Queue. Each file will download completely, one right after another, in the order in which they were placed in the Queue. | |||||||||
