Why do I get a Run Time error when I scan?

You are running an older version of eSpace Analyst. A few customers using eSpace V1.10 have reported that when they click the Scan button to do the initial drive scan, they receive a Run Time error, and then eSpace ends. This error usually occurs when scanning a "volume" that is physically comprised of multiple hard drives. This error has also been reported when attempting to scan a single drive with multiple partitions.
