Can I print reports and charts?

Printing reports and charts in eSpace is easy.

To print a chart, simply display on the screen the view you wish to print. For example, if you wish to print a pie chart, view the pie chart by clicking on the Graph Tab and then click the printer button on the graph toolbar. Any type of graph can be printed.

If you wish to print a detailed File and Folders list report, first display the view by clicking the Files tab and then select File/Print or click the printer tool bar.

You'll find that printing reports, especially those with details, can help you quickly analyze space usage areas that need attention.
